Sikaflex®-522 is a universal STP sealant and adhesive with high aging, mold, and weather resistance. It can be applied to many substrates without a primer. Free from isocyanates, solvents, and phthalates.

Application:
Sikaflex®-522 has good adhesion to many substrates and is suitable for elastic sealing and bonding indoors and outdoors. The product can be used in climate and ventilation systems as well as in the food industry. Suitable substrates include wood, glass, metals, metal primers and paint systems (two-component), ceramic materials, and plastics. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations before applying Sikaflex®-522 to materials that may crack. Tests with original materials must be performed to avoid cracking. The product is intended for experienced users only. To ensure adhesion and material compatibility, tests should be carried out with original materials under actual conditions.
